this item is in good used condition , it does show some ware and use as well as age and could use a good cleaning / polishing as you can see in the photos , the heart key to my heart pendant has a small diamond accent on it as you can see in the photos , chain is marked 925 on the clasp and on the ends of the chain , pendant is marked 925 on the inside of the heart , size and weight can be seen in the photos (scale and coin are not included) nice item !
