I also have this sleeveless leopard print blouse listed in sizes 1X and 2X. It is ruffled around the entire top and across from the bottom of the v neck to one side.

The lining is solid beige and the outer is brown and beige sheer. It isn't see through.

It is a Plus Size 3X. It measures 28" from one underarm seam to the other and the length from the top of the shoulder down is 30". The bottom is 31 1/2" across.

For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably.
