This sleeveless blouse tank top is a dressy polyester fabric. It is ivory white with yellow flowers. It has a crossover front that is sewn closed at the top and the bottom is pleated across the front. I also have this listed in sizes 2X & 3X

It is a plus size 1X.

It measures 23" from one underarm seam to the other and the length from the top of the shoulder down is 24". The bottom is 26" across.
