IR spray skirt for touring sea kayak use.  It is breathable with adjustable waist and suspenders.  I'm not sure which model this is. It has a tag that says "Standard Size".  The cockpit on the kayak that I used it on was 32" x 17". It was a tight fit so I would not recommend for any larger cockpits..  It should work good on a smaller cockpit also. The waist is infinitely adjustable and should work great for an average size person.  The waist band is neoprene with wide velcro adjustments on each side. This is a discontinued model but in good condition with no rips, holes, etc. 

This is not designed for whitewater use.   Best used in touring kayaks.
