The GPU does kinda work, it does display, but the output is odd (you can see how it looks in the images). From what I was able to figure out, the VRAM is dead. The white fan is also dead so I unplugged it. From what I can tell, the chip itself works fine, I think the VRAM is the problem but I'm not 100% certain. The reason I think this is I looked in GPU-Z and it said it had 0mb of VRAM. Error code 43 in windows. Physically other than the fan the GPU is in great condition.
