Feedback: If anything is our fault you have our promise we will make good. Mistakes happen we made 2 in 4 years. There is NO REASON for bad feedback if you leave bad feedback it will be removed through eBay and if not we will take every legal action at whatever cost to have it removed which will ultimately become a cost to the buyer and eBay. Bad feedback is put on a select sellers list of over 1,000 sellers and they are forbidden to sell to a buyer that has left bad feedback to a good seller. Shipping: Will NOT ship to any location other than a RESIDENCE that can be seen on Google Maps. NO shipping to warehouses except for a few we deal with in the South Florida area that have purchased from us in the past, NO commercial properties, or P.O. Boxes. Your address and phone MUST be verified.
Payment and Banking: NO INTERNATIONAL BANKING.
Scammers: are reported to the police in our area and the area of the address provided for delivery. We will not ship or return funds. We have been scammed 4 times in 4 years. We were able to prosecute all 4 to the fullest of the law without the help of eBay. Meaning, that we will at ALL COSTS pay the attorneys and whatever means are necessary. We won't communicate with a scammer so if you don't hear from us or get delivery the police may knock on your door. The grab-and-go law does not apply online. If you scam us for whatever amount of $1 and up we will prosecute and make charges, fines arrests ENFORCED. The 4 scammers now have liens on their properties/paychecks until our lawsuits against them are paid. Yes all 4 scammers are still on eBay (they just wants fees) Our time, travel, and attorney fees MUST be paid back with interest. *eBay sellers if you need help with this type of situation please reach out we will assist you at no cost. eBay doesn't protect the sellers (they just want fees) the until law enforces them and we can make that happen.
