This was my personal laptop in use for a couple years, so it shows some expected surface scratches, visible on the bottom, and two of the corners have minor dents. I took the best photos I could to show those areas. All of that is very surface, not affecting performance in any way. The screen is in excellent shape, all the keys work on the keyboard (minor wear on the left command button). The touchbar at the top and the fingerprint reader work seamlessly. Laptop has been reset using "Erase All Content and Settings".
