Up for auction is this beautiful early 19th century wooden frame with Bentwood handle carry lantern.

It has four glass windows and wooden peg construction, a sheet iron candle cup, dome chimney, and wire hinge, and knob clasp.

This measures 14.5” tall with 6” width and depth sides.

Very sturdy condition in the original finish with age related and expected wear.
