A vintage embroidered and mirrored waistcoat. It is made of what feels like cotton. The pieces of mirror are glass. It has a tie at the front.

I believe it would suit up to a size 12-14. Please check these measurements:

It is in good condition with just a little light wear. Some of the mirrors have tarnished a bit.
