Here's a really neat collectible piece from the very early days of the celebrated Royal Tehran Hilton. It contains some hotel history and provides a brief narration of what a guest would experience while staying at the hotel (That's the quick jist we get from it, anyway) and a short essay about Persian food. There is a short introduction of the hotel's two executive chefs, Reza Anvary (also Agha Reza), and Bagher Javadi and then also a sample menu with recipes. And it's all packed into this bright little brochure-style cookbook. 44pp
