Small Flapper Girl Doll Made in Japan 1930s with Moveable Arms

unknown. Circa 1920s-30s. Marked “JAPAN” on back.
Doll has rough has
unfinished slightly rough surface and painted features. Painted headband has a
symbol (see photos). Left foot has a chip on toes. Blue stain on back (probably from clothes} and
some dirt all over. I have not attempted to clean. Arms are intact and held on
by string.
