Snap-On Tools USA TM4CS Black Hard Handle 1/4" Drive Spinner Handle Extension

Condition Observations:  Used spinner handle in vintage working condition.   The mechanics work well.  There are some minor cosmetic imperfections and signs of use, including surface scratches.  Generally clean example.  Please admire pictures.
