Vintage Mid Century Modern Gold Metal Magazine Rack 2 Tier Stand, it is 16 inches tall and 15 inches wide, the bottom rack is 13 inches deep and the top rack is 9 1/2 inches deep. It does show some wear but not bad, it does still show very good, overall it is in good condition just needs a little cleaning. Be sure to check out the photos
