You are bidding on the pictured harmonica with original box and "How to play" paperwork. As you can see in the photos, it does show some wear, however, it is clear there is no star in the logo - likely a post-WWII model.
On the one side "A440" is clearly visible - I am unfamiliar with this marking. My father was a Marine, but I'm not sure when he may have purchased it.
