HINOKI CYPRESS (Camecyparis Obtusa)

 

Placement:

Outdoors. Need protection in extreme winter conditions and can be kept in a cold greenhouse or other protective shelter.

 

Watering:

Water when soil appears dry but never let soil get completely dry. A moisture meter can help you get used to when to water.

 

 

Fertilizer:

Use a general purpose fertilizer at half strength during the growing season or professional bonsai fertilizer.

As with any live plant getting to know its’ requirements is important for its longevity.

 

Buyer is responsible for shipping and I recommend insurance as I cannot be responsible for what happens in transit. All of my trees are packaged for safe arrival. I wrap the base/pot in film to hold in moisture, secure the trees in the center of the box and pack with shipping peanuts so there is little chance of damage.
