Really cool, vintage little book or manual explaining the art of color printing and the process. The book features graphs, black and white illustrations (ironically), and pictures. Navy blue cloth, gold gilt lettering, hardcover book, 103 pages. Here is the first paragraph of the preface:
     This handbook, written by amateurs, has been prepared for those thousands of other amateurs who, being unsatisfied with the limitations of monochrome, would like to be able to produce color prints but are deterred from doing so by the apparent complexity of the processes involved. In it we shall attempt to simplify both the theory and practice of color printing so that not only will it be easily understandable to those without scientific background, but also that the processes will be easily followed and may be carried out with the simplest possible equipment.
