Shipping


Orders are shipped worldwide via FedEX and USPS with tracking information included. Our centralized Midwest location and our same business day shipments, allow most domestic orders to be received within 2-5 days of purchase.

*Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, APO, PO Boxes, US Terriories and international shipments may require additional shipment charges. Please contact our store before purchasing or bidding. Orders completed before 12pm Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday are routinely shipped the same day.

Our store utilizes eBay Managed Payments (currently accepting the following forms of payment: credit, debit, gift cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and PayPal Credit.

Returns & Exchanges


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return accepted item(s) within 30 days of purchase. If an item shows additional wear or product packaging is missing or destroyed the refund will be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee or possible disqualification of the return. If your purchase was eligible for Free Shipping, shipping postage cost will be deducted from your refund. Returns must be in the complete and original packaging with all accessories and complete documentation. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please feel free to contact our store immediately by message or phone. We strive to offer our customers with 100% satisfaction.

*Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless return is a result of incorrect shipment or shipping damage.
*The following items are non-refundable: Instrument Strings, Instrument Upgrade or Installed Parts, Assembly Cable Kits, Instrument Care or Cleaning Items.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. If you do choose to return an item, we ask that you please keep transit, inspection and processing time in mind while you await your refund. Customers Outside of The United States


* Select items are not available to be shipped internationally due to manufacturer regulations. These brands include, but are not limited to: Fender, Squier, Jackson, Gretsch, Vox, Voodoo Lab, MXR, Dunlop, & Way Huge. If you have questions regarding these regulations, please contact one of our sales representatives.

Our store utilizes USPS Priority Mail & The eBay Global Shipping Program for shipments outside of the USA. Most shipments enter customs within 7-10 days of shipment. Any and all shipping rates provided during checkout do not include VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other applicable charges which may vary around the world. Any and all fees accrued are the responsibility of the receiving party.
