Free Returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
If you received the wrong item, or the item is damaged or defective, please contact us through ebay message so we may resolve the issues as soon as possible. We will work to address any concerns about your order, so please contact us and provide pictures through eBay messages, prior to leaving negative feedback.
All returned products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original materials included. For bundle items: to receive a full refund, all items within the bundle have to be returned. Non returned items, will convert into a full-price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.
Return packages: the refund is processed after the package has been received by our warehouse.
Shipping paid by buyer is nonrefundable.
