This is a Vintage Agfa Karat 36 Rangefinder 35mm Film Camera.  The camera is in working condition.  The focus is a bit stiff, but works.  The Rangefinder split viewfinder works.  The film advance and shutter both work.  Includes leather case with front separated from body as shown.
