They are a six in line set that was taken from two sets of 3x3 tuners. Meaning, the tuner buttons are larger on these than on an official "6 in line set" for right hand headstocks. See pictures.
The tuner buttons' max width is 23mm as shown in the pictures (the normal in line set has buttons that are 18.75mm). As long as you align them straight during install they will not hit each other.
It's for these reasons I'm selling these cheap. Again, they work totally fine. Had them in my strat for years.
