We strive to ship one business day after the receipt of your payment. If you pay during the weekend, e.g., Friday through Saturday, shipping will take place the following Monday. Items over 150 lbs will be shipped at the discretion of our freight shipping provider.

If any product is damaged in shipping, you should address the issue with the delivery carrier at the time of receipt. Items lost or damaged in transit are beyond the scope of our control.

International shipping is provided through UPS or USPS. It usually takes about 6-14 business days to arrive (Please exclude any weekends or public holidays). From experience, shipping can sometimes take between 3 and 4 weeks. Please understand that this is beyond our control. Potential delays may be due to the speed of your country’s Post Office, Customs inspections, or rural addresses. However, most items can be received within 10 days, sometimes as quickly as 7 days. Please do not worry if the item does not arrive within the normal shipping time for a domestic item.

Please Note: Items marked as free shipping only apply to U.S buyers in the 48 contiguous states. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not eligible to receive free shipping. Please keep in mind that international shipments may incur custom duties and we are not responsible for any duties that may be imposed.

We will only exchange defective items within 14 days of notice. Refunds will be for the purchase price less our shipping costs (even if the item had free shipping on the ad) and a possible 15% restocking fee to items returned if the items can no longer be sold as new product or if the item is in a non-sellable condition.

Customer must inspect all goods upon receipt and notify Music Outlet within 72 hours to let us know if the item is damaged or in a condition not otherwise described in the description. Items damaged in shipping are not included in the "100% as described" guarantee, and will be processed through shipping insurance claims. Please retain all damaged item packing material for insurance reasons.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. Items can only be returned with prior authorization. An RMA (return materials authorization) number most be obtained from us before you return any order. Unauthorized returns can not be honored and more than likely will be lost.

Also if the product has been registered with the manufacturer, the product cannot be returned. Because the warranty for many manufactures do not transfer warranty and the product cannot be resold to another customer.

Any product purchased and has gone through an act of Mother Nature (Tornado, Hurricane, Flooding, Fire or other natural or man made disaster) are Non Returnable.

Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, software, etc. Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping. Item(s) Damaged due to inappropriate packaging, not in original condition, missing materials (warranty cards, accessories, etc.), or determined to have been abused will be returned to customer at customers cost with no refund.

Non Returnable Items

Include: software, guitar pick-ups, Item with packaging that is damaged/missing, and items that are considered for personal use (earphones, headphones, microphones, instrument mouthpieces, or any items that you wouldn't want to purchase if someone else had previously used them). Also, Items not normally stocked (i.e. "Special Orders", discontinued products, close-outs, used products, etc.). Please make sure to check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Feedback will be made after you receive your item, have a chance to look it over, and you have left feedback for us. Please keep communications open, and call us and/or email us to give us the opportunity to work out any problems before leaving negative feedback. Negative feedback should be your very last resort.
