This listing is for (1) new 12 inch 8ohm PA woofer rated at 175 watts RMS, and 350 peak. I would recommend it for guitar speaker replacement, or bass PA speaker. This woofer will go down to 38hz, so it will handle a respectable amount of bass response. This woofer is extremely efficient at 97db, so you do not need a huge amplifier to get great sound out of it. I used this woofer as a replacement in a Electro Voice SXA-100+ and it was a direct replacement, and I am very happy with its performance. This woofer measures 11-3/4s diagonally from hole to hole, which is standard for most 12" woofers. Customers have had good results using this as a replacement with little to no modifications in Yamaha, Behringer, Electro Voice, Pioneer, Fisher/consule, Sony, Carvin, JBL, Klipsch, Sansui, Peavey 112PS, B52,Orange PPC 4X12, bic formula venturi 6, Fender Bassman 100 pyramid, technical pro and more (double check your dimensions).
