Description of items
I try to describe items accurately and
honestly and items are detailed as much as possible to give the buyer an
accurate description. For listings with
included measurements - measurements are approximate. Please ask prior to purchase if you need
specific measurements taken a specific way and I can send photos of
measurements and how they were taken. I cannot answer questions as to whether
or not an item will fit you. Not all sizes fit the same from brand to brand.
Payment
Payment is required via PayPal at the time of
purchase.
Environment
Items are stored in a smoke free and pet free
home. I sell personal items as well as
items purchased from thrift stores and retail department stores. For thrift store items, I cannot provide
details on the environment prior to purchasing the item, but I will disclose
any defects such as odors, stains or tears.
Photographs
I occasionally use a mannequin or body forms
for photographing clothing - items do not represent exact fit in the
photographs. It's only meant to give the
buyer a better idea of the item. I try
to be descriptive enough to give you an idea of the color; however, colors may
look different on different monitors.
Refunds will not be given for color discrepancies, as color can be
subjective to some, unless color is grossly misstated. I can send additional
photos (flash/ no flash) to help if you are concerned about the color. I
inspect items while taking pictures and will always point out any flaws I see.
Please ask all questions prior to purchase.
Measurements
Please consider ALL measurements as an
“approximate” statement. If you are
concerned, please let me know and I will send you a photograph of how the
measurement was obtained. I have found
that some tailors tape measurements can vary slightly. Refunds will not be
given for incorrect measurements unless they are grossly misstated. In general
I will not list measurements for “New With Tag” items. Please message me prior to
purchase if you would like additional photos or specific measurements.
Shipping
I
generally ship within 1 day, occasionally it may be 2. All items are shipped
via USPS first class or Priority mail, with tracking. If you would like delivery confirmation or
insurance, please request prior to purchase. USPS does, occasionally, lose
packages. I will not be held liable for mishaps of the USPS and refunds will
not be given for non-delivered items. All items will be properly secured and
shipped in poly bags, USPS flat rate mailers or boxed. Seller may utilize other
shipping providers based on cost and delivery times, tracking options, and
location of purchaser. Items are folded to ship and may
wrinkle in transit.
Returns
Returns,
in general, are not accepted. However,
if you have a concern about a purchase, please contact me. Accepted returns
must be returned in the same condition it was sent (such as unworn and with
tags attached, sealed in packaging).
