This book is in average overall condition please view pictures carefully. The cover has soiling & wear to the spine, corners & edges. The binding is cracked on the first ,middle & last pages. The pages have light stains, tanning , multiple creases & a 1" x 3/4" tear on page 88.. There are 140 pages and 4 Harrison Fisher illustrations
