- Light handling marks may be present. Since Rolex watches are generally no longer permitted to be sold with complete protective sticker sets by Authorized Dealers, minor marks on the case, case back, clasp, bracelet and lugs may be present due to storage and handling. Lug Marks may be present on the caseback as well from the removal of the pins during the authentication process. This is a typical experience with new/unworn wristwatches, particularly on the highly polished areas and sections that come into contact while in the factory boxes. The eBay Authentication Team will also handle the watches during the authentication process. Nonetheless, the watch remains entirely unworn. Upon the conclusion of their inspection, you will receive a certificate of authenticity from the eBay Authentication Team.

The returned watch must be in the exact same condition as received, including all original contents from the package. If the watch is not returned within the specified fourteen (14) days, if any contents are missing, or if the return is initiated for reasons other than an inaccurate item description, a 10% restocking fee will apply.
