Vintage 1950s astonishing oversized modernist brass nutcracker with bowl. This mid century modern nut cracker is mounted on a large tray. Ernest Sohn is a renowned German designer who has emigrated to New York in the 1930s. He worked in Hong Kong when he decided to work on teak material. The bowl is stamped genuine Wainu Designed by Ernest Sohn". It is in excellent condition.
