We want you to be happy with your purchase from Sycamore
Harley-Davidson®, however we understand that in certain instances products may
need to be returned.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered
and you wish to return it, then you can do so provided you inform us of your
decision within 14 days of receipt. All you will be responsible for is the cost
of the return postage. The item should be unworn, unused, undamaged and must be
'as new' when returned to us. We will issue an exchange or refund to you via
your original payment method.
Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report
it to us within 7 working days on their return they can be replaced or a
refunded issued via your original payment method.
Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you should inform us as
soon as reasonably possible. Items should be returned in their original
packaging when possible with a copy of original documentation. Once we have
verified the fault, we will issue a replacement or full refund to you via your
original payment method.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period
If any of your purchases develop a fault within its warranty
period, it will need to be returned. Once the fault has been verified, a repair
or exchange of goods will be issued.
Notes
Returns take approximately five business days to process
upon receipt of the item.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items
during their return.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping charges when returning
the item.
We cannot guarantee second-hand parts, clothing, etc and you
may contact us to check if the item is complete and undamaged. We will try to
list any noticeable faults or missing items, but please contact us if you
require full details of the item.
