Vintage Radko Ornament.  This piece is of a snowman (the littlest snowman), wearing a red top hat, a yellow scarf and holding a broom.  Made of hand-blown glass and mixed materials.  Three inches tall.  Shown photographed with a US quarter for size comparison.
