Unfortunately, we do not offer proof or send images on any of our personalised products as this can slow down our order time.
If we do not receive a message from you at the time of purchase, then we will try to message you at some point to ask for the required details. We will not send out any items unpersonalised, we will always make sure we have the details that you require before we dispatch.
Please double check you have sent us the required personalisation before inquiring about the whereabouts of your order, as this can also slow our process down.
I've just ordered a personalised item that requires me to send a photo or submit some text to you. How do I do this?
It's easy! All we need you to do is once you have purchased the product, simply send us your required images in an eBay message. Please, note you might only be able to send 5 images in one message. Not to worry, simply send us more messages containing your images until you are done. Remember to quote your order number!
If you do this on a computer there will be an "Attach Photos" or a "+" button where you can attach your photos. We can't wait to see your smiling faces!
As items that require personalised text, please do the same. Simply send us your custom text in an eBay message or in the notes to seller box.

My Items are a few days past the expected delivery date. What's going on?
if you're still waiting for your order and your delivery date has gone, don't panic! While this is rare, it can sometimes happen due circumstances out of our control. Sadly, minor delays do sometimes occur meaning your order might be a few days late. Sit tight! Your order will arrive soon!
Please only message us if your order is 5 or more days past the delivery date. Only then will we look into it.

I'm unhappy about my order and/or the condition it's arrived in. What can be done?
Not to worry, we understand things won't work perfect 100% of the time. It is important to us that we ensure all of our customers are 100% satisfied with the outcome of their purchase and that no issue is left unresolved.
If you're unhappy with an item simply drop us a message, briefly explaining your issue with the order. We're usually happy to send out a free replacement to you, but some queries are little more tricky.
Whatever the issue may be, we're happy to help!
We work process and ship order every day Monday - Friday. (excluding bank holidays)
Our order cut off time is 7am, any order placed before time will ship on the day, orders placed after 7am will ship on the next working day.
We offer free delivery on all of our products and delivery upgrades are available at extra cost.
Our main couriers are Royal Mail and DHL. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 or 48, in most cases these will arrive between 1-5 working days.

If you have not received your order by eBay’s Estimated Delivery Date, please note that – we may need to allow some additional time for any courier related delays.
Standard delivery: 7 working days after date of dispatch.
First Class delivery: 5 working days after date of dispatch.
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm (tracked service) : 2 working days after date of dispatch
Tracked delivery: 3 working days after date of dispatch
Personalised Products:
Personalised products have been made to your specific requirements, please note it is not possible to return personalised products.
If the Product you have purchased is faulty or it is not as we describe it, then within 30 days of the day of its delivery you may exercise the right for a refund.
We don't accept returns or offer replacements if you receive your printed item with photos not in an expected order. We will arrange photos in the way it best fits our templates.
Non-Personalised Products:
We accept a return of non-personalised products if the customer changes their mind they might return any products to us at their own cost within 30 days of receiving delivery.
Products should be returned in (or with) their original packaging.
Please note we don't provide previews or take images of items created.

The best way to send us the personalisation for items is the "Message to Seller" option during checkout, however we recommend sending more detailed information, especially personalisation with line breaks, in eBay messages.
Photos
We only accept photos for our photo gifts sent via eBay message.
Please send the images in an eBay message after purchase.
Please, note you might be able to send only 5 images in one message and might need to send multiple messages if you'd like to send more images.
If you try to do this on a phone there will be a little camera icon just above the keyboard on the right-hand side where you can attach your photos.
If you do this on a computer there will be an "Attach Photos" button where you can attach your photos.
Please note for some of our photo products if you prefer to have images printed in a certain order we recommend you design the actual order on your mobile device in a photo collage creator app and sending us the result for printing.
We never crop out people to size a photo but if appropriate we keep the original photo proportions and then use a similar background colour to fill the space of a photo template.
In order to make you the best possible product please send us good quality photos. Photos with low resolution can look out of focus when blown up to the sizes we need.
If sending through screenshot photos from your phone note that unless we can crop them easily, phone icons will still be printed as is on the image. (we will crop the black edges)
We do not print to the very edge of the cushions and pillowcases, meaning there will be border around the photo designs.
Please note we do not provide an advisory service wether your image is good quality or not, it is the users responsibility to provide a good enough quality image for printing.
All Images must meet our Photo requirements, which may be changed by us from time to time.
You must not upload any images if you do not have the right to do so. Each buyer shall ensure that his/her images/logos, and his/her and our use of it, does not:
- infringe anyone’s copyright
- infringe anyone’s privacy or data protection rights
- infringe any other rights
We pride ourselves by ensuring that all of our customers receive a service of which deserves a positive rating on all counts and will always endeavour to try and resolve any instances of otherwise a positive experience for our customers.
