We have installed Windows 11 Pro on this laptop, which has been digitally activated. All necessary drivers and updates have been installed and we have included a Genuine Microsoft charger in the box. 
 
 
Cosmetic condition:
This laptop is in very good general condition. There are some marks or scratches on the case (rear and side areas) and around the corners with one very small dent - see pictures. The screens are in great condition with no scratches or pressure marks. The keyboard and trackpad show some very slight signs of wear and slight discolouration around the palm rest area, but are fully functional. See pictures for an accurate representation of the item you will receive.
