Chest measures 25" from armpit to armpit lying flat and length is approximately 28" from top of shoulder to bottom hem.  Very nice!!

Accepted returns must be sent back to me within 30 days of receiving the item. The item has to be in the same condition that I sent it out to you. Refunds will be issued after item is received back in original condition. 

Shipping I ship out within 24 hours after payment is received except on Sundays and holidays. Most items are shipped out first class or priority mail depending on weight. I can not be responsible for delays after it is in the hands of the post office so if your package is taking  longer than expected please check the tracking through the tracking number that is provided as soon as I put your item in the mail. In most cases your item arrives in a few days but I've had a couple instances when they have taken longer due to no fault of mine but a delay within the postal service.
