Our premium rotors and drums are crafted using G3000 cast steel to properly balance wear with a greater number of aeration vanes for optimal heat dissipation. The rotors and/or drums included are designed to improve stopping distance, minimize brake fade, and extend both the rotor and pad life.
The included ceramic brake pads are asbestos-free and crafted using unique ceramic composites which offer reduced dust, vibration, and noise. Using a positive mold, our offered ceramic pads are channeled providing superior thermal stability while ensuring consistency and improved braking performance.
Standard business day order processing is same day (Monday-Friday) when placed before 2:00pm EST. These days exclude weekends and holidays.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST. ship the following business day with an exception for Friday which will ship the following Monday.
ShockMasters offers free shipping on thousands of products. Our preferred shipping method is UPS Ground, however smaller items may be shipped USPS First Class or Priority.
Delivery times will vary, and products may ship separately from different warehouses located across the United States. Depending on warehouse locations and shipping destination, delivery times can range from 2 to 5 business days.

Free shipping is eligible only to U.S. delivery addresses within the 48 states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Expedited shipping options are available for select items. Some orders may require signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
ShockMasters 1 year warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period.
We handle all manufacturer warranty claims on your behalf.
Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or replacement, however any product found to be defective after 30 days but before the warranty period has expired are only eligible for a replacement only. Replacement product does not renew the warranty period.
When a product is found to be defective, ShockMasters will cover the costs of shipping of the replacement part to the original purchaser. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or shipment back to the manufacturer.
Note: Do not dispose of defective parts until instructed.
If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, ShockMasters will issue a call tag for the original purchaser to ship the product back. The original purchaser is responsible for packaging and delivery to a UPS driver or suitable UPS facility for return shipment.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, labor, mileage, car rental, or any other costs involved in installation or re-installation of any product in question.
