It looks like there were some metal clips that went through the spine of the magazine for hanging or storage. There are stains from the metal clips on the center pages.
The old original mailing label is still affixed to the front cover. There is some paper loss on the edge of the front cover and some of the pages. The back cover and last page have an ~1 1/2 inch tear. No writing or markings in the magazine. There is yellowing of the pages and stains. See photos.
