Welcome to the Furchester Hotel, a handy little suitcase that opens up to reveal the hotel playset.

In good overall condition with a few signs of wear and tear, play and general storage etc (tried to show in pics) few little marks, slight discolouration on front and a few scratches on the stickers but still has plenty of life left in it.

Comes with 2 Cookie Monster figures and Phoebe (which again show signs of wear and tear)
