Shipping & Policies 

Shipping Cost: eBay and the US Post Office estimates shipping costs. I combine shipping costs when possible to save us both money. 

Shipping Timeframe: 

Items typically ship within 1-3 Business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that shipping on the weekends and holidays is much more expensive. Normally smaller packages ship in 1 day, except weekends and holidays with exceptions. 

Packaging: All items are carefully packaged in totes and come from a smoke-bug free home. 

Returns: Used items are generally non-refundable with exceptions considered on case-by-case basis. Buyer remorse non-refundable. 

Item Condition: The item you may receive will match the photos exactly. Used items are sold as-is, so please make sure to review the photos carefully before bidding or purchasing. 

Note: I am not a business, I’m a personal seller. All items on my shop page is limited. 

Refund Policy 

Refunds are available for new items, with exceptions. 1. Returned item(s) must be in the exact same condition as received. A repackaging feee will be charged for all refunds. 

Items returned dirty, without tags, or opened may be refused a refund or subject to additional repackaging fees, as per Kentucky State Law. 

Buyers Remorse: 

No refunds will be given for simple buyer’s remorse.

NOTE: Some Die-cast toys in packages may have wear, or scuffs, and other flaws on the package only. The toys are new. I’m not selling packages, I am selling toys, so it is non-refundable if you expect perfect packages. 

NOTE: We do our best to offer fair prices, however due to high eBay fees, packaging costs, high shipping cost, product cost, taxes, and other fees sometimes we can’t reduce the cost to where we desire at all times, but I can tell you this, I lose more than I earn due to these fees still I always do my best to get you the best prices. I don’t have a store so make me an offer where applicable. 

The pictures are the real items, NOT stock pictures. We do not showcase stock photos ever. We want you to know exactly what you are buying. 

NOTE: All movies are thoroughly tested before sold. I will not sell a movie to you that I cannot watch myself.

You may use the image for personal projects, printing, or digital display. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the image with its original or modified form. You may not use the image for commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or merchandising. You may not claim ownership or copyright of the image. 

Permitted use: 

Personal projects (e.g. scrapbooking, art, or crafts.) Printing for personal display (e.g. home or decor, gifts.) Digital display (e.g. social media, personal website) 

Prohibited use: 

Resale, or redistribution (e.g. selling or giving away the image) 

Commercial use: (e.g. advertising, marketing, merchandising) 

Claiming ownership or copyright
