This card was previously used by someone else in their kid's gaming rig for 3 years. I cleaned it up and then used it this past year, so it's coming up on 4 years now. It runs perfectly, both at normal and overclocked settings, easily dropping 144+ frames. However, it clearly needs some thermal paste application, as the hotspot runs 15 degrees higher than the outer die. For example, while gaming, the outer die temperature averages around 60 degrees Celsius, with the hotspot reaching 75 degrees Celsius, which were my average results while gaming.
