The magazine is intact. It looks like there were metal clips that were used to store the magazine in a larger binder or rack of some type. There are stains on the centerfold pages and holes through the spine where the clips were.  There are some markings (I saw 16) on some of the pages. It looks like the magazine was rolled up at some time. There are a couple of creases running up and down the length of the magazine. There is an ~1" tear on the side of page 11/12. There is yellowing of the pages and stains. See photos.
