Condition is "Very Good".  Please see pics for more detail on condition and let me know if you have any questions. Cover shows minor wear. Endpapers have some discoloration. Some spotting edge of title page. Binding is tight. Reading pages are excellent, clean and unmarked, no rips or tears, except for a small tear at bottom of page 3 (see pic).
