12 sets in all ranging from complete to incomplete. Some of the minifigures arent the right ones, but I've tried to add more to compensate. Most sets come with instructions and boxes:
1. 60128... Red Pickup Truck and Police Car with bollards and 3 minifigures. Comes with box and both instructions
2. 60239...Police car with minifigure and orange bollards. Comes with box and instructions
3. 60042...Red and Black Bikes escaping Police Sedan with a ramp and bin moc. Comes with 3 minifigures and some accessories. Box and instructions are included.
4. 60171...Mountain River...with robber on log and Police Quad Bike. Comes with all accessories and bike and 1 minifigure. Box and instructions included.
5. 60172...Mountain Set with 4x4 with net shooter(not sure if net is included). Only the 4x4 included with 1 minifigure.
6. 60048...Robbers Hut and Hot Rod with Police Dog Unit. Comes with 3 minifigures and a dog. Instructions are included.
7. 60312...Police Car with 1 minifigure and a bollard. Comes with box and instructions.
8. 60068...Swamp Hut with Red Robber Boat, Police Helicopter and Police 4x4 with a dinghy. Comes with a crocodile, swampy tree and loot, 12 minifigures and a dog.
9. 60246...just the Police 4x4 with working lights. No instructions, no minifigures.
10. 60136...Starter Set...Police Dog Unit with an ATM. Comes with 4 minifigures and a dog. Box and instructions included.
There are 2 other instructions for 4441 and 7279, but no minifigures or set. There is another set with a docks, a Robber Jet Ski and a Police Quad with 2 minifigures...but don't have the instructions or box or set number.
