Tested with cord only, works and sounds great!!! Cassette and radio both work. Very clean unit,main cosmetic problem is the sticker on the cassette door is peeling off ( a lot don't even have it)!! We did not test the battery compartment when I took a look, it was overall clean but looked like there may have been crud on the springs!
