Condition:  Item is pre-owned, gently used, well maintained condition.  This dress is so pretty but there are some pulls in the overlay fabric with some holes also a few thread snags too.  The side zipper at either end are frayed have a handful of pulled stitches and a definite hole at the bottom of the zipper.  Also some tiny tan dots on one of the polka dots on the back of the neck/shoulder area.  Otherwise dress is in good working order zipper works and lining is in full - - see last photos for details, examples and specifics.
