We ship USPS mail, Shipping is free.

We do not ship to International destinations, except for APO/FPO addresses.

Payments accepted through PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Payments must be sent within 2 days.

Payments received after 2pm will ship out next day but may take up to 2 days to process. Weekend purchases ships Monday. Most orders will ship within 24 hours once orders have been confirmed. We may take additional hours for oversized items.

Please make sure that your shipping information is confirmed in eBay and PayPal.

We offer free, no questions asked returns for up to 30 days after purchase. If you're not happy with the item for any reason after purchasing, simply open a return, send it back, and we will refund your money in full. 
NOTE: for any clothing, bags, shoes, etc. specifically listed as new with tags, all tags MUST still be attached in order to receive refund.

If an item is listed as "Open Box" please Note: an open box item is an item that may or may not be in the manufacturers box. While 99% of the time it will be there are times where the box is missing and or destroyed. That being said and as stated previously, the Item itself is new and is in excellent condition and includes original manufacturer accessories. Units may have insignificant signs of handling due to item inspections and testing by techs. Original retail packaging may show signs of distress and/or have stickers attached.
