• These parts are new but have been sitting on a shelf or in a box for quite some time.. The boxes bags might have some wear from being moved around over the years but the parts are in new condition. 
• Some of the items may not be in the original package but are new Parts.
• Some boxes/ Bags might have been opened to inspect the item or take pictures.
• The quantity of items on the label may not reflect how many items are actually in the box/Bag.
