Each recipe was tested in the home kitchens of members of the Testing Committee.  Others served as tasters and judges.  Volunteer proof readers spent hours making the recipes as readable and letter-perfect as possible.

225 pages of recipes plus 6 index pages and tabs to separate each section: Appetizers, Salads, Vegetables, Buffet Dishes, Entrees, Breads, Desserts, and Etcetera.

Very good vintage condition.  All pages and spiral binding are intact.  There is light edge wear - Please see photos for details.  Smoke free home.
