Knob spins well and as you can see, the screw is NOT rusted into the weld-nut.

Possibly, the nude image is of Marilyn Monroe but I cannot determine with 100% confidence.

Unfortunately, there is dust inside the knob, specifically located on the clear plastic, marking the image hazy.  

If I could clean it I would but I am unsure of the best method.  

You can see from one of the photos that it was dropped at one point; there is a crack located where the orange and clear plastic meet.
