Original vintage example of the very first published work from Jamie Hewlett, Philip Bond & Alan Martin.

This superb comics fanzine was self-published by the three of them while they were still at college.

It features the very first appearance of TANK GIRL (see 2nd and 3rd pics) predating Deadline no.1 by over a year. 

(Contrary to popular belief, Deadline no.1 is NOT Tank Girl's 1st appearance, Atom Tan no.1 is!)

This unique copy is also SIGNED on the front cover by Jamie Hewlett "Getter Better!" and Philip Bond "oh no!".

This copy was acquired at UKCAC 1987 directly from the creators.

I understand there were only 200 copies published in 1987 so this is obviously now extremely rare - maybe only a handful still exist - and this is a particularly unique copy to own.

I was hoping not to sell but circumstances have arisen.

Be clear this is 100% a signed original, not a facsimile or modern edition.

Copies come to the market about once every 5 to 10 years.

The last copy I saw was one being sold by an American seller for $20,000 !

This is perhaps most equivalent to TMNT no.1 1st print or Gobbledygook no.1 - a very low-print self-published book that introduces a major franchise.
