Keyed practice chanter, marked with name “Roleston”and “CLAN” Brian boru?

The Roleston name is just on a sticker on this chanter the “clan” name is engraved.

All keys seem to press ok except for one which doesn’t spring back so will need some attention.

I am selling off a lot of bagpipe related items which belonged to the late Billy Roleston, from Annalong, Northern Ireland who was a maker and player of the Brian boru pipes. I am not a player myself and don’t know a great deal about the pipes or chanters.
