Description

A stunning 1970's green glass vase with spikey seed pod design, made by one of the many glass manufacturers based in the region of Empoli, Italy. Known as Empoli Verde ("verde" is Italian for "green"), this bottle green glassware takes its name from the traditional green colour of Empoli glass, which was a result of the content of local sand used for glass production.

Condition

Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. (There is a visible air-bubble on the lip that occured during the production process, it is not chipped)
