Clearing out closets and Downsizing xo 

This dress has belonged to me since the late 80s - it is a dreamy soft light as a feather pure cotton batiste.  It barely weighs anything so it will float over you in very hot weather.  

It has impossibly tiny gathers, a full relaxed fit, french seams, flutter sleeves and one side pocket.  The yoke is self-lined with a sweetheart scoop.  

It is semi sheer and unlined.  

It is vintage and similar to the currently popular style of Daughters of India. The colorful floral pattern and gauzy fabric make it perfect for summer and spring occasions, whether you're traveling, attending a party, or just running errands. 

I have considered using the fabric to make summer pajamas or even a sarong since this type of soft cotton batiste fabric is difficult to find.
