This Calico Critters Hill House is in great condition. It only has a few flaws. It is missing the staircase on left front step, 1 gate is missing inside and there is a pen mark on the outside on the side (I believe it can be removed with an eraser or other). Also there are a couple small stickers attached to the wall inside (not sure if this came with the set) which can be removed easily. There are 2 framed pictures and a small sink attached to the wall inside. The house measures 18"h x 17"w x 16"d.
There are 25 items of furniture in this lot which include a sink with attached vanity; green cupboard with pullout desk, cabinet and draws; pizza oven; book shelf with draws; sofa; large chair; large bed; 2 smaller beds; barbecue table with attached accessories; tub; toilet with covers; playpen; high chair; stroller; 2 benches; desk with shelf and pullout draws with attached accessories; matching desk chair; refrigerator that opens; table with attached plates with food; 2 matching table chairs; TV cabinet with TV; sink with pullout draws and cabinet and attached pizza ( not sure if there were draws at the bottom); stove with oven that opens.
An additional large piece is a sandbox with attached accessories.
The Critters that are included are 5 members of the rabbit family and 6 members of the Beaver family.
There are 9 blankets/towels included and some other pieces of material not made by Epoch that can be used as rugs or tablecloths.
There are 12 items of clothing including the ones the Critters are wearing. A couple of the clothes are missing a bit of velcro. There is also a few other pieces not made by Epoch.
There are over 46 small to tiny accessories. Among these are wheelbarrow, cooler, pizza spatula, bowls of popcorn, 5 purses, 2 pillows, pet food bowl, basket, pail rotary phone, clock, tray, shovels, brushes, food items. There are some other small items included which are not made by Epoch- Adirondack chairs, cup, cake,etc.
